MOM’s PIZZA:  MOM’S Pizza & Pasta is our sister company under the same roof as Olive Branch.  All of our pizzas are cooked in our new state of the art stone oven.  Our dough is fermented for 48 hours or more to relax the dough and eliminate the sugars in the process.  We hand grind fresh tomatoes for our signature sauce and use only the best ingredients.

Try one of our signature pizzas such as MOM’s Skinny pizza or our famous Pizza con tonno ( Tuna and onion pizza) or just enjoy the natural flavors of our plain cheese pizza.

 

MOM’s PASTA: All our pastas are made fresh everyday.  We have new sauces every week to keep thing exciting for our guests.  Try our spicy penne in vodka sauce or our famous spaghetti bolognese

5 layer lasagna with ricotta, butternut squash, and mozzarella cheese.

  • Vegetable (Vegan) Lasagna

Layers of fresh grilled zucchini, eggplant and butternut squash with olives, onions, mushrooms and house vegan cheese sauce.

  • Baked Zitti

Tube pasta cooked with ricotta, Parmesan, marinara and melted mozzarella.

  • Shrimp Pesto

Fresh Penne pasta with homemade baisl and pine nut pesto and jumbo shrimps.

  • Pasta Caprese
