Calzone and Stromboli

CALZONE – Crescent shaped, light and fluffy homemade 48 hour fermented dough filled with ricotta, pizza sauce, mozzarella and your your choice of fillings cooked gold brown and served with side of sauce. Each calzone is served in individual boxes with utensils and napkins. 10 person minimum.

STROMBOLI – Back east and Italian street food favorite. light and fluffy homemade dough with meats or veggies, mozzarella cheese, garlic sauce rolled into yummy multilayers and baked to perfection and served with our famous MOM’s marinara sauce.
